Ecosa ship free within Australia. If the order is placed before 1:30pm on weekdays i.e., Monday to Friday for delivery in metro areas, it will be shipped the same day for delivery. Metro areas include Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide. For the orders outside metro areas, it will take 2 to 7 business days to arrive mattress to the customer. Order of Ecosa Pillow is shipped via Australia post standard shipping. It takes 2 to 7 business days to arrive. You will receive the pillow in hand carry case.

Customers ordering from Sydney and Metro Melbourne are facilitated with free Delivery plus option. The customer will get the bed base at doorstep along with installation without paying a cent.

Other then Sydney and Melbourne, all areas will get their bed base within 2 to 7 business days. Please keep, because of the nature of solid timber that is used in bed base, you order will be packed in 3 boxes.

Sleep for 100 nights on your new mattress and pillow, if not happy with it, simply contact them and they will arrange a pick up and your amount will be refunded. Your returned mattress and pillows are not sold again it is donated to the people in need. Once your items is picked up by their charity partner, your refund will be processed.

To qualify for the return on your Ecosa mattress and pillow, you must sleep on it for atleast 14 nights, as the body takes few days or 2 to 4 weeks to adjust on the new mattress and pillow. If still you are not satisfied in the trial period, contact the customer service within 100 nights to process the return.

Once you request the return, a pick up will be arranged from their charity partners that may take upto 10 business days to collect the item and take place in business hours only. To process the return you must provide original receipt of purchase as a proof.
